Collect Samples
Collect your samples at home by following the step-by-step instructions. Don’t forget to enter your personal and specimen details online to ensure accurate results.
Consult Doctor
Schedule a consultation with the doctor to discuss your symptoms and help decide which test is right for you.
This can be done in person, over Zoom, or by phone. If you already know which test you need, you can skip this step.
Ship to Lab
When you’re ready, use the prepaid FedEx materials to send in your specimens. To make sure your samples arrive safely, ship them Monday through Wednesday and avoid holiday weeks.
Purchase Test
Now that we’ve identified the right test for you, ordering is simple. Place your order online, and your collection kit will arrive right at your home. Inside, you’ll find clear instructions and everything you need to collect your samples and send them to the lab.
Results Report
Your doctor will review your lab results with you, provide personalized diet recommendations, and outline a supplement plan designed to address the underlying issues affecting your health.
